Are you ready to take your career to new heights? Corley Oaks is looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our Family of Companies and to cultivate and nurture robust partnerships with our customers, all the while enhancing sales performance in the assigned territory. This is an Outside Sales position.

This prospective team member will be a “go getter” with excellent follow-up skills who provides solutions, adds value, and builds and maintains strong relationships with our customers, while maintaining a work-life balance. We services businesses in the Midland/Odessa area with a wide range of customers such as: health care facilities, industrial businesses, municipalities, education and religious institutions, day care, automotive, restaurants and convenience stores with over 1500 products!

The base annual salary for this position is $65-$75K based on experience, PLUS performance incentives, a Variety of Benefits, AND Opportunity to Participate our Unique and Rewarding Annual Profit Sharing Program!

  • Prospecting: Engage in warm and cold calling to potential customers, creating new business opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Solution-Oriented Approach: Analyze customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
  • Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate our offerings.
  • Market Insight: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Sales Targets: Strive to achieve sales targets, actively contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  • Valid Texas driver’s license required
  • Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience required
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written required
  • MS Office experience required
  • Local/regional travel required
  • High school diploma required, college degree in Business with a Major in Sales or Marketing preferred (other college degrees accepted if approved by management)
  • Customer Acquisition: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Outside Sales: 2 years (Required)
  • Cold Calling: 1 year (Preferred)
