- Cultivate and strengthen customer and vendor relationships, manage contracts, and ensure the highest standards of service quality are consistently met.
- Proactively follow up to guarantee customers and vendors receive seamless, full-service support tailored to their needs.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all GVH branches and corporate departments, ensuring alignment and cohesion outside of Midland/Odessa.
- Align 3PL operations with branch and company-wide objectives, driving efficiency and contributing to strategic goals.
- Monitor and assess team and individual performance by establishing clear objectives, delivering constructive feedback, and fostering continuous improvement within the branch.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proven experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Business Development is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Teams) and Google Workspace is essential.
- Familiarity with the Industrial, Oil, or Gas industries is a plus, with an understanding of 3PL operations being highly advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and competing priorities efficiently.
- Experience with office management and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors to build and maintain robust relationships.
