We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative in Amarillo, TX!

The pay rate for this position starts at $15/hr. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Answering all incoming calls & emails regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general customer concerns
• Creating purchase orders and placing orders with vendors as needed
• Processing customer returns and picking up orders as needed
• Troubleshooting any backorders and finding any viable “customer approved” substitutes
• Completing follow through with customer and sales staff inquiries timely and efficiently
• Researching out of stock products and recommending suitable product substitutes to customers
• Reconciling vendor invoices to customer direct ship orders
• Scanning all customer signed proof of deliveries and attach to electronic customer order
• Ordering and processing all orders as assigned
• Printing, emailing and faxing customer invoices as needed
• Transferring and Shipping
• Performing Basic Accounting duties
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service role required
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written required
• MS Office experience required

• High school diploma or GED required

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

• Experience in the janitorial/paper industry preferred
• Ability to do routine business math calculations and reconcile invoices
