Position Details:

• Job Title: Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate
• Employment Type: Full-time, offering up to 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, with shifts starting as early as 6:30 a.m., subject to customer demands
• Location: Post Falls, ID
• Compensation: $21.50 per hour. Eligibility for Annual Profit Sharing

Warehouse Associate Duties:

• Select customer orders accurately based on pick lists
• Operate pallet jacks proficiently
• Ensure the correct and undamaged products are pulled
• Deliver pallets to designated areas and stack items following supervisor instructions
• Conduct thorough trailer inspections before loading
• Load trailers and complete necessary paperwork
• Perform cleaning duties and follow safety protocols diligently
• Receive products as per supervisor specifications and follow Bill of Lading procedures
• Perform daily slot replenishment and down stacking
• Stage pallets for auditing, wrapping, and loading
• Fulfill other assigned warehouse tasks

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a box truck or passenger vehicle
• Provide prompt and accurate deliveries to our customers
• Manage routes efficiently and organize necessary paperwork
• Handle pre-trip and post-trip duties including vehicle maintenance and paperwork completion
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness to the highest standards
• Assist with warehouse functions such as order pulling and other duties as required

Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older
• Must not have any DUI or DWI convictions within the past 2 years
• Must not have more than 2 moving violation convictions within the past 2 years
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience (receiving, order selecting, or replenishment) required
• Minimum 1 year forklift and electric pallet jack experience required
• Minimum 2 year delivery driver experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
• Medical card

Education/Training:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2 years of delivering to commercial accounts
• 1 year of warehouse experience
• 1 year of forklift experience

Physical Requirements:

• This job requires the worker to sit, stand, walk, push/pull, stoop/squat, kneel/bend, reach/grasp, drive and lift up to 75 lbs. This job requires the employee to be very physically active at all times during their work shift.
