Position Details:
- Job Title: Operations Manager
- Employment Type: Full-time, offering up to 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, from 7:00am-4:00pm
- Location: Hobbs, NM
- Compensation: $25/hour

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Directly oversee our Showroom, Warehouse, and Delivery operations
- Train and mentor employees to enhance performance and teamwork.
- Monitor company expenses, purchases, and inventory to align with budgetary goals.
- Ensure high standards in order accuracy
- Collaborate with leadership on financial planning, budgeting, and goal setting.
- Address and resolve any operational challenges proactively.
- Occasionally make deliveries to customers using a sprinter van or box truck as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- 2 years Warehouse Management experience or similar role required
- 2 years forklift and pallet jack experience required
- Knowledge and background in warehouse operations, with experience in the janitorial/paper industry preferred
- Ability to manage and motivate employees, fostering a positive work culture
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams and operations.
- Analytical skills to identify financial and operational improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer and software proficiency, including working with financial reports and inventory systems
- Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments with the ability to lift up to 50lbs
- This job requires the employee to be sedentary at their work station during the majority of their work shift. However, on occasion the employee will need to assist with product pulling and delivery.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred
- Prior experience driving a box truck or sprinter van preferred
