Work Schedule:

• Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a 60-minute meal break from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate Slotting & Pulling: Ensure 100% accuracy in slotting and pulling products.
• Timely Product Handling: Put products away within 1 hour of receiving or as directed by the supervisor.
• Efficient Drop Down Process: Continually improve the drop-down process.
• Safety First: Maintain a safe environment for yourself, coworkers, and others. Adhere to all company safety policies.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

General Duties:

• Follow and complete tasks outlined in the Warehouse Manual and Checklist.
• Cross-train in various warehouse functions, including cycle counting, order selecting, and equipment maintenance.
• Perform routine cleaning and warehouse maintenance.
• Assist with physical inventory preparation and completion.
• Communicate effectively with the warehouse team to maintain accuracy and productivity.

Receiving Duties:

• Prepare for inbound purchase orders and oversee the purchase order calendar.
• Receive products according to supervisor specifications, ensuring accuracy in quantities and product type.
• Maintain organized dock locations and ensure products are stocked promptly.

Order Selecting Duties:

• Select customer orders from designated slots using pick lists or software.
• Validate product accuracy and ensure orders are damage-free.
• Load trailers and complete necessary shipping paperwork.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills required.
• Hand truck experience preferred.

• Forklift Certification & minimum 2 years forklift experience
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
