Key Responsibilities:

• Slotting, Pulling, and Wire Cutting: Maintain 100% accuracy in these tasks to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Product Handling: Efficiently put away, pull, and cut products. The goal is to put away products within 1 hour of receiving or as directed by the supervisor.
• Safety: Always maintain a safe working environment. Understand and follow all company safety policies.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to maintain a successful and efficient warehouse operation.

General Duties:

• Read and follow the Warehouse Manual and Checklist.
• Cross-train with coworkers in various warehouse functions.
• Perform cleaning duties, including clearing aisles, organizing pallets, and maintaining equipment.
• Participate in lawn maintenance and debris clearing around the warehouse.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain the physical condition and safety of warehouse equipment.
• Complete necessary paperwork and safety training.

Receiving Duties:

• Prepare for incoming purchase orders by organizing slots and paperwork.
• Coordinate inbound trucks, oversee purchase orders, and ensure timely appointments.
• Follow all Bill of Lading protocols and ensure correct product quantities are received and slotted.
• Perform daily “slot replenishment” and “down stacking” to facilitate order selection.

Order Selecting Duties:

• Select customer orders using pick lists or software, ensuring accuracy and damage-free products.
• Palletize, shrink wrap, and load orders for delivery.
• Inspect trailers before loading and complete necessary manifesting paperwork.

Wire Cutting Duties:

• Measure and cut wire to specified lengths using manual and automated tools.
• Inspect materials for defects, maintain precision in cuts, and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
• Perform routine maintenance on cutting tools and machinery.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Wire Cutting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Warehouse: 2 years (Required)
• Material Handling: 1 year (Required)

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to read and communicate in English.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs.
