– Engaging with customers in assigned territory in-person, on the phone, and via email, developing rapport with the customer contacts and becoming the single point of contact
– Actively call on prospective/new accounts, identifying new opportunities, and following up with contacts
– Weekly pre-planning and providing customer visit recaps
– Meet and exceed allocated sales volume and profit margin objectives
– Maintain accurate customer records
– Develop and execute strategic sales plan and promote the sales of all company products and/or services
– Proven experience in sales or account management role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
